宜蘭縣員山鄉二湖《鳳梨》〈旺來〉 鳳梨為多生年草木果樹，在植物分類上為鳳梨科鳳梨屬。從『臺灣府誌』記載「葉薄而闊，而緣有刺，果生於葉叢中，果皮似菠羅蜜，味甘而微酸，先端具綠葉一叢，形似鳳尾，故名曰」，顯然「鳳」是冠芽之象形，「梨」是取食，乃由兩字之合義之，與英文「Pineapple」音同。 宜蘭員山鄉二湖山面環山栽培鳳梨有百年歷史，且不斷改良技術，現在宜蘭縣員山鄉二湖村「鳳梨」名聞全台，二、三月是開花時節，六、七月盛產，且營養價值高，養顏又美容，果實甜度可達20度。 宜蘭員山農會在92年輔導下，又興建造型特別的鳳梨館，配合休閒旅遊的需求，及提高宜蘭民宿住宿率，增加觀光果園遊客休閒兼教育活動中心，帶動休閒農業經濟之繁榮。 神風居民宿撰 |
